Science CTS Templates
There are several figures, charts, organizers, and forms in the Science CTS book that you can use to record your findings and ideas. Resource B, in the back of the book, contains full page, blank, reproducible forms. If you are using a computer to record your CTS findings, reflections, and ideas, you may prefer to use an electronic version of a template. Microsoft Word versions are included on this site so that you can directly enter your data, personalize the forms, or change the form to better match your particular context for using CTS. Several forms in the book have been expanded for interactive use.

This area of the CTS web site is password protected and is designed to be used by those who own a copy of the CTS book. You will need your CTS book to access the password.
